MOBILE MASSAGE POLICY

Timing Policies
Arrival Time
Your Therapist and her assistant will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session start time (for example, at 9:45 for a 10:00AM session). If we are running late due to traffic or another unforeseen change in things, we will let you know ASAP.Setup
Space
Please have an area available for us to setup in, 12 square feet per table/mat is ideal, and all pets that might interrupt the session safely somewhere else.Multiple Clients
Please allow for privacy during and after each person’s session.Clean Up
Access to a bathroom or sink with good hand soap to wash up before and after sessions is ideal. If you need us to bring soap, please let us know.Reschedule and Cancellation
If you need to change your appointment time, give us a call or text ASAP at least 24 hours before the appointment date and time! Cancellations or Rebooks less than 24 hours will be charge $60 if you choose to rebook.No Show/Late
Should we arrive at the session destination and there is nobody available to receive us up to 10 minutes after session start time we will assume you cancelled and charge you accordingly.Should you be late and arrive before 10 minutes into the session we are happy to still provide the requested service, but the session will end at the appointed time.Direct Billing
